Customer service is exceptionally good. Attention to detail and specialist knowledge too. I’ve bought second hand guitars and bass and new uke and amp and had a handful of items repaired. The proprietor Steve can fix stuff himself but also knows when a more specialist person is required and he seems to know the “go to” person for just about everything musical.

Fantastic independent shop with some brilliant stock and staff really give you the details you want when buying a guitar or other instruments they stock. You can also get a nice cuppa and a butty!
